Hello, bloggers!! We are now in the beginning stage of our field experience, which is observation. We have been observing for the past three days. The first two days I was with Mrs. Mason in the parenting center. It was fun funny watching Mrs. Mason interact with the kids. The third day, I was with Mrs. Williams. It was a different experience from Mrs. Mason. Mainly because the students in Mrs. Williams class are teenagers or freshman instead of two to four years old. But I look forward to the rest of the field experience.

So don’t complain when life throws an curveball; knock it out the park and continue to stand through it all. It’s good to know this information can help a group of students in the near future if I decide to become a teacher.

Barriers are things that problems or bad habits people are defined by and could be an danger to them and others. We ask to do an mini lesson and a barrier book. Personally I chose depression as my topic for my mini lesson and the death of a love one for my barrier book. I have had personal experiences with both and know that it is tough to deal with and finish out strong.
